At Maple Agency, we strive to deliver high-quality creative services that meet your expectations. Due to the nature of our work, we have outlined the following refund policy to ensure fairness and clarity for both parties. All payments are secured by Stripe.
The following services are non-refundable once work has begun:
All project deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are required to secure your project slot and initiate planning or design work.
If a project is canceled by the client before any work has started, a partial refund (excluding deposit) may be issued. If the project is canceled after work has begun, no refund will be provided for hours or milestones already completed.
We aim to work closely with clients through revisions and feedback to ensure satisfaction. However, refunds will not be issued solely based on subjective dissatisfaction after significant work or revisions have been completed.
Refunds will not be issued due to delays caused by the client (e.g. late feedback, content submission, or approvals). If we are responsible for a significant delay, we may offer a partial refund or discount at our discretion.
All delivered digital products (e.g. logos, websites, design files) are non-refundable once final files are sent or access has been granted.
If you believe a refund is justified, please contact us within 7 days of project delivery. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. All refund decisions are final and at the discretion of Maple Agency.
