These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Maple Agency ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services

   Maple Agency provides branding, design, website development, and advertising services. All services will be outlined in a written agreement or proposal before work begins.

2. Client Responsibilities

   Clients are responsible for:

   • Providing all necessary content, materials, and approvals in a timely manner
   • Ensuring that all submitted content does not infringe on third-party rights
   • Reviewing and approving drafts and deliverables within agreed timelines

3. Payments

   • Payment terms will be outlined in your proposal or invoice
   • Late payments may incur additional charges or project delays
   • All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

4. Revisions

   We include a limited number of revisions per project as outlined in the project scope. Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges.

5. Intellectual Property

   • Final designs and deliverables become the property of the client once full payment is received- We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing
   • All unused concepts and materials remain the intellectual property of Maple Agency

6. Cancellations and Refunds

   • Either party may terminate a project in writing with reasonable notice
   • In the event of cancellation, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to thecancellation date
   • Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis7. Limitation of Liability

   Maple Agency is not liable for:

   • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
   • Loss of revenue, data, or business due to the use or inability to use our services
   • Any issues arising from third-party tools, platforms, or providers

7. Confidentiality

   We agree to keep confidential all information shared with us for the purpose of providing services. Likewise, clients agree not to disclose proprietary methods or business practices of Maple Agency.

8. Modifications

   We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.

9. Governing Law

   These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
